Process flow of biological bacteria organic compound fertilizer equipment:

Process flow: raw material batching, raw material mixing, raw material granulation, particle drying, particle cooling, particle grading, finished product coating, and post finished product packaging.

1. Raw material ingredients: urea, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate (monoammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, dicalcium phosphate, superphosphate), potassium fertilizer, organic fertilizer and other raw materials are prepared in a certain proportion (based on market demand and soil testing results in various regions).

2. Raw material mixing: Mix the prepared raw materials evenly to increase the overall uniform fertilizer content of the fertilizer particles.

3. Raw material granulation: Send the evenly mixed raw materials into a fertilizer granulator for granulation (drum granulator, disc granulator, or extrusion granulator can be used)

4. Particle drying: Send the particles made by the granulator into the dryer to dry the moisture contained in the particles, increase their strength, and facilitate storage.

5. Particle cooling: The temperature of the dried fertilizer particles is too high, making them prone to clumping. After cooling, they are easy to store in bags and transport.

6. Particle grading: Classify the cooled particles, grind and re pelletize the unqualified particles, and sieve out the qualified products.

7. Finished film: Coating qualified products with film to increase the brightness and roundness of particles.

8. Finished product packaging: Pack the coated particles, also known as finished products, in a well ventilated area for storage.

The production line of organic fertilizer equipment mainly uses chicken manure (straw, pig manure, cow manure) as the main raw material, and passes through a trough type overturning machine, a shovel, a silo, a semi wet material crusher, a horizontal mixer, a disc, a new type of organic fertilizer granulator, an organic fertilizer dryer, an organic fertilizer cooler, a drum screening machine, an organic fertilizer coating machine, and an automatic quantitative packaging scale.

The fermentation process of livestock and poultry manure and straw can be divided into composting, heating, flipping, odorless, loosening, and fertilization. During composting, 80% of livestock and poultry manure and 20% of straw are crushed and mixed. The ratio of straw to feces can be determined based on the moisture content of feces. Generally, fermentation requires a moisture content of 65%, which means that the dough should be kneaded by hand and water should be visible between the fingers, but not dripping. It should be released and easily dispersed. Then add corn flour or brown sugar and bacterial strains to increase sugar content for fermentation, allowing multi-dimensional complex enzyme bacteria to quickly gain an advantage. Add the prepared mixture to the mixer and stir it thoroughly without leaving any lumps.

The mixed ingredients are stacked into long strips with a width of 1.5-2 meters, a height of 0.8-1.2 meters, and a length of no less than 5 meters. During the fermentation process, attention should be paid to providing appropriate oxygen and flipping the stack (flipping it several times when the temperature rises to 75 ℃ or above). The temperature should be controlled at around 65 ℃, as too high a temperature can affect the fermentation product.

The moisture content of fermented materials should be controlled between 60-65%. Both too high and too low are not conducive to fermentation, and too little water leads to slow fermentation; Excessive water can lead to poor ventilation, slow heating, and the production of odors.

The initial fermentation temperature ranges from 60 ℃ to 80 ℃, eliminating the odor and other bacteria from chicken manure; During the mid-term of fermentation composting, the material becomes loose and dry, with white mycelium growing; During the mature fermentation period, the material emits the aroma of koji, and the bacterial fertilizer is fermented and matured.

After fermentation, animal manure is a type of organic fertilizer with rich nutrient content. There is a large amount of organic matter and a high content of three essential nutrients. The organic matter content is 25.5%, nitrogen is 1.63%, phosphorus is 1%, and potassium is 0.85%.
